A bit more about me
I Love making and creating so much of my work is in the digital or mental space and to have some activities and crafts that are hands-on is very rewarding.
I am most certainly an active relaxer and can be found in my sewing room or garage creating something or giving something new a try. I am willing to push myself out of my comfort zone to experience something new. I enjoy helping people and delivering Intentional Peer Support training in the community from time as well as mentoring people who experience mental distress. I love seeing people reach their full potential by living beyond experiences and habits that held them back in the past.
